My stay at the hotel was excellent! The room was fairly spacious, although it didn't have a heater function, which was a minor inconvenience. The service was outstanding, especially considering I couldn't speak Japanese but they were still very friendly and kind. The location couldn't have been better, right in front of the train station and close to various amenities. The dining experience was decent with a good variety of Japanese and Western-style foods. Overall, a great value for money!
